First test of the semester tomorrow...Let's go Pediatrics!!

I sure hope I'm ready for this (especially after being confined to my desk for 2 days in a row)!  Quite a few of my classmates have declared themselves unprepared for this exam, but I have a feeling everyone will do just fine.  But for those who are feeling a little behind, I wrote a quick parody on the poem 'Twas the Night Before Christmas.

‘Twas the night before the peds exam, when all through Mobile

Not a PA student was quite prepared for tomorrow’s ordeal.

The flashcards were stacked on the desk with care

In hopes that while memorizing them, I wouldn’t pull out my hair.

Some students finally stumbled to bed

While visions of childhood vaccination charts danced in their heads

Others stayed up studying much later than the rest

‘Cuz they’d settled in their brains they weren’t ready for this test…

Okay, well, enough goofing around. It's back to the desk for me!  (And yes, that is a box of Fruity Pebbles in the corner. Don't judge.)
